**I own all rights to the work, unless otherwise discussed. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited and will put you on an immediate blacklist.I am allowed to post on my social media and include the art in my portfolios unless requested otherwise. If this is an issue, please message me regarding this before/during the sketch approval process.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission, and may be more than the add on prices listed.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I will provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases!Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but you Must give credit. Please see my social links for the appropriate user to tag, my user varies slightly from platform to platform.Please provide visual references. I WILL NOT ACCEPT AI GENERATED MATERIALS. If you submit AI generated work, I will NOT work with you and you will be put on a blacklist. Non-visual references are encouraged but I would love to know as much as I can about your characters! Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment
Payment is via Paypal invoice card payment only, in USD. An invoice will be sent by me.I will NOT accept any kind of crypto currency as payment.A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.In case you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch/draft stage, you will receive a partial refund, half of the price you paid. if I, for any reason, find myself unable to finish the commission (in whatever stage of the work I am), you will receive a full refund. No refund will be sent after the sketch/draft stage, if you cancel your commission.I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me. There will be another check at the flat color stage. Past this point, Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.To avoid art stealing or tracing by others, please DO NOT share the work in progress of the commission on socials or other sites. Especially if the commission involves your characters or your personal projects.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
